Fielding’s “Future-Ready Fund” Initiative
Fielding International, a proud B Corporation™, is excited to invite schools and educators to apply for our “Future-Ready Fund” initiative. This program aims to provide resources and support to empower students and enhance their learning experiences.
The purpose of this call for submissions is to identify and select schools or educators who are in need of resources and support to uplift their educational standards and provide a better learning environment for students.
Program Areas
Submissions should focus on one or more of the following areas:
Educational Resources
Seeking funding to obtain crucial learning materials for student success.
Mentorship & Support
Requesting resources to connect learners with professional mentors.
Global Outreach
Reaching out for support to equip and foster students’ global cross-cultural skills.
Community Engagement
Assistance for students to engage with their local communities through service projects.

Submission Requirements
Eligibility & Openness
Eligible applicants include accredited educational institutions and certified educators. We are open to diverse and imaginative ideas that align with our mission. Your proposal should clearly demonstrate the need for support and your commitment to sustainable and inclusive education practices.
Creative Proposal Formats
We welcome proposals in various creative formats such as PDF documents, videos, audio recordings, slide shows, or any innovative medium that effectively conveys your vision. Share your story and let your creativity shine. What you should include:
- A vivid description of your project or educational needs
- Clear objectives and expected outcomes
- The target student population
- An implementation plan and timeline (start and end dates)
- A detailed budget and resource requirements (ranging from $500 to $5,000)
- A sustainability plan outlining how the project will have a lasting impact
- Any previous experience or background in similar projects (if applicable)
