Chantel brings over a decade of expertise in human resources, finance, and operations, with a proven ability to streamline systems and support sustainable growth. Her career began in the nonprofit arts sector, and she has since worked across a variety of industries—from mid-sized nonprofits to early-stage startups—where she has led efforts in payroll, compliance, process improvement, and strategic planning.

At Fielding International, Chantel leads both financial operations and HR strategy, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes while supporting the long-term vision of the firm. Known for her collaborative style and practical approach, she’s passionate about building efficient, people-centered systems that empower teams to thrive.

Chantel holds a B.A. from New York University. Outside of the office, she stays busy with her three daughters and continues to pursue her creative roots as a theatrical lighting designer.
