Dr. Jennifer Sparrow is Deputy Superintendent at Singapore American School, where she leads district-wide efforts in assessment, data use, and transformative learning. She began her career as a middle school teacher at Singapore American School before moving to Hong Kong International School, where she served as a teacher and administrator, including roles as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Director of Assessment and Educational Data. She returned to Singapore American School in 2009 as Director of Assessment and Educational Data, became Executive Director of Teaching and Learning in 2012, and now serves as Deputy Superintendent. A sought-after speaker and consultant across the region, Sparrow is recognized for her deep expertise in assessment, using data effectively, and leading transformative, lasting change. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Kansas State University, a Master’s degree from the University of South Carolina, and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern California.
