Huichong enjoys all phases of the design process, from hand sketches, refined drawings, digital and physical models to detailed drawings.”
Huichong started her professional career at Fielding International in 2015. She graduated from Washington University in Saint Louis with a Masters of Architecture after getting her Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Chongqing University in China. As a graduate student, Huichong learned to conceptualize spatial ideas into actual building designs. She enjoys all phases of the design process, from hand sketches, refined drawings, digital and physical models to detailed drawings. With her background in Environmental Art Design, she has been leading the landscape design of many projects.
With an undergraduate degree in Construction Management, she has a strong understanding of the more technical design phases. Most recently, Huichong has brought those skills to the table as part of the team for Fielding’s Yew Chung International School (YCIS) projects in China.
Huichong is experienced with Revit, Rhino and the Adobe Creative Suite. Her “super powers” include being highly imaginative, focused and creative. She enjoys singing, dancing and sometimes rapping in Mandarin.
Creative work is her source of happiness.
Huichong has capably and gracefully risen to the numerous challenges we have thrown at her.”
