Hands-on learning is a hot topic that resonates with communities all over the world. Additionally, the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic (e.g. the discontinuation of assessment through standardized testing due to challenges of administering tests remotely and students now learning at their own pace through blended learning models) has shed light on the opportunity for mastery-based learning to be incorporated into a school’s organizational structure.
Mastery Workshops are customized, hands-on spaces where students and educators can work side-by-side to create connections between learning experiences and learning demonstration.
