Designing for Well-Being
A book of design solutions for holistic well-being in education
Recently, the Fielding International design team worked closely with an Intern to dive deeper into “Designing for Well-Being” as related to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. We proudly shared our findings which provide design solutions to challenges that threaten the well-being of learners - ones that either pose as present significance in the field of education or are new themes anticipated from current circumstance. The patterns provided within this book are coupled under three core issues of wellness, security, and environment. They offer spatial design suggestions as well as conceptual guidelines and are a result of emergent, transformative thinking for the educational setting.
