ALLYZA DANICA VALINO

Associate Designer

Allyza is an Associate Designer at the Michigan Studio. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University in 2022. She was also an active member of the American Institute of Architecture Students, being elected Freedom by Design Director in 2020 and Vice President in 2021, where she focused on community and student engagement at the college and K-12 level. Her architectural interests stem from public interest design and urban design: throughout her schooling and professional career, Allyza has aimed to design equitable and inclusive spaces for all.

Her strengths include her hard working attitude, graphic design, flexibility, organization, and her open-mindedness towards new concepts and experiences. Allyza enjoys collaborating with other people and being able to aid in impactful design. She has aided in the designs of Portage Public Schools in Michigan and Green Hills School in Jeddah.

In her free time, Allyza enjoys playing and listening to music, cooking foods from diverse cuisines, reading and traveling.
